E-tickets are to be downloaded onto your cell phone and presented at the entrance.

- Do you charge for parking?

- 6 h free on weekends: 3 h on Saturday + 3 h on Sunday

- What time should I arrive for a show?
Check the time and place of your show on your e-ticket or ticket. We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes before the start of the event. Hall doors are closed as soon as the curtain rises. Latecomers can only be placed according to remaining availability, and may have to wait until the end of the act for a play, or until intermission to reach the hall.
- Are there cloakrooms at Palais des Festivals?
A free cloakroom is available for all performances at the Palais. Luggage, food and beverages are not permitted in the halls. For certain events, such as Festival International des Jeux, an outside luggage room may be available.
- What if I can't come to the show?
No cancellations are possible after the customer has paid for the tickets (see our general terms and conditions).
However, you can resell your tickets on our official Ticket Exchange.
- Is there a bar available during the shows?
Yes, a bar is available for every performance, opening 1 hour and 30 minutes before the show begins. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a drink, grab a bite, and relax before the performance starts.
- Can I pre-order food or reserve a table?
Yes! Through our Click & Collect Spectacle platform, you can:
- Pre-order tasting platters up to 72 hours before the performance
- Reserve a table in the bar area, with table service for your platters and drinks

You’ll find a variety of drinks (wines, soft drinks, non-alcoholic options) and light food options, including sandwiches, sharing plates, and tasting platters (cold cuts, cheeses, etc.).
- Can I buy food or drinks on-site without a reservation?
Yes, you can order directly at the bar, subject to availability. However, tasting platters must be reserved in advance, at least 72 hours prior to the event.
- Can I access the bar without a ticket?
No, the bar and catering area are exclusively reserved for ticket holders due to security protocols and limited capacity.
- Are vegetarian or allergen-free options available?
Yes, we offer a selection of vegetarian, gluten-free, and non-alcoholic options. If you have any allergies or special dietary needs, feel free to let us know via the online order form – we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
- Where do I collect my Click & Collect order?
Your order can be picked up directly at the bar area, just present your name or confirmation email.
- What time should I arrive if I’ve reserved a platter or table?
We recommend arriving at least 45 minutes before the performance starts to fully enjoy your platter and table service in a relaxed setting.
- Can I take my order into the auditorium ?
No, all food and drink is forbidden in the auditoriums of the Palais des Festivals. Only 50cl bottles of water are allowed.
